You have to parse a JSON text field and can't backfill, but you can set up a fivetran webhook in zoom to receive data. https://developers.zoom.us/docs/api/rest/webhook-reference/

FYI you can set up webhooks in zoom to send data to a fivetran webhook, but you can't sync past data easily
