Connector Improvement: Kustomer > Customer Table Duplicated ID

We receive an alert from time to time about duplicated customer_id. The table is KUSTOMER.CUSTOMER and the duplicated customer_id = ‘624c9058ea81287175ca8a6b’. Can you check why this specific customer id is duplicated from time to time?
