Connector Improvement: Capture deletes for Delighted

Hello, 

It would be good to be able to capture deletes for delighted responses as our CSM team does delete certain responses when they are not correct. 

This is now not captured in the data and thus not reported correctly.

    Hi Laura,

    Thanks for the request. Unfortunately, the Delighted API doesn't natively support deleted data or notifications of deletes. This means the only way to capture deletes with Fivetran would be via a resync. While we could change the connector to do reimports instead of incremental updates, this isn't something we're considering at this time.

    Is there any alternative to deletion that could be employed? Perhaps the CSM teams could modify the response with a certain, known value that could be filtered out at the analytics level?
