Connector Improvement: Display name of the following field: custom_feedback_category_sm_tree from "TIDE"."KUSTOMER"."CONVERSATION"

Can we have the display name of the custom_feedback_category_sm_tree instead of the unique IDs?

    Hi Venelin,

    Thanks for your request. Custom fields generally need to be synced by ID in case the display names change. However, we should also be syncing those display names to make analysis easier. We'll look into this and update this thread accordingly

    Can we have an update on this? We are still facing this issue.

    We need to use the display name instead of the unique ID. It's essential for our business. We use some workarounds that are not good long-term solution.
