Connector Improvement: helpscout chat duration

The current helpscout connector does not include chat start time and end time values, thus making it impossible to calculate chat duration. This is a critical metric to understanding chat performance that we'd love to be able to include in our analysis :)

The conversation_history table has created_at and a closed_at fields. Do those not enable the analysis needed? -
@... hi! Thanks for the reply. The created_at and closed_at seem to be related to when the record of the chat is created, not when the chat is started and ended
