Connector Improvement: Genesys Audit APIs

Which connector?: Genesys

Additional details: We have a request by a customer to get data from the Audit APIs, more specifically /api/v2/audits/query/realtime for the previous day.

We would be happy if this could be added to the connector. Thanks!

    Hi Laura,
    Thank you for the request.
    Surfacing audit data from Genesys - particularly the real-time audit query endpoint - would be a valuable addition for compliance and operational reporting use cases.
    We have added this to our active backlog. Could you share more about the specific audit events you need to analyze, and whether the previous-day cadence is the primary requirement?

    Hi Unnikrishnan,

    Thanks for the quick turnaround and for adding this to the backlog.

    The audit events we need are the Create/Update/Delete changes to agent skills. We're using them to analyze routing quality and skill availability in our Genesys CCC. And yes, previous-day is our primary requirement: a daily load of the prior day's data.
