Currently there is an environment variable HVR_S3_ENDPOINT_URL that could resolve the customer case.

It was added in context of such 2 cases:

1. [HVR-13981,integ] Support S3 private link through VPC and AWS Direct Connect instead of public s3
2. [HVR-15636,integ] Add support for local S3 MinIO storage

This variable is available since HVR 6.1 in GA. Please check if this fits your request.
