Connector Improvement: Feature Request: Support syncing of rejected field in Coupa Easy Form Data

Hi Team,

Please consider the following feature request.

Add support in the Coupa connector for syncing the rejected field from Coupa’s easy_form_responses API into the EDW table EASY_FORM_DATA.

  • Update Coupa connector to capture and sync the rejected field from the API response.

  • Ensure field is:

    • Persisted in EASY_FORM_DATA with the correct data type (boolean or status flag).

    • Backfilled for historical data where available.

    • Included in incremental syncs going forward.

Business Impact

  • Enables accurate approval/rejection reporting in dashboards.

  • Reduces manual reconciliation workload for business teams.

  • Aligns EDW data with the true Coupa system-of-record.

    Fivetran Product Team, Could you please help with adding this new field/column into the dataset urgently? Also, it would be good to review the coupa connector and add any missing columns for datasets on the updated api responses from coupa.
