Connector Improvement: Intercom proactive support schema
AnsweredWe use Intercom for surveys, feedback, NPS, etc, but it isn't included in any of the data that Fivetran pull, which we really need if we're going to continue using proactive support in Intercom that way.

Thanks for submitting this request. Can you point us to some documentation about the specific survey features you are using in Intercom?
We are currently investigating adding this data to the connector, but I'd like to be certain that's what you're after.

Yep of course. Here is an article with all the survey types. Surveys are all in-app and mainly NPS and short text entry. A couple of multi question surveys as well, with dropdown answers, etc.
