    Sadie from the Product team. Thanks for submitting this request. I see that most of the fields you've listed are available via API and I've added this to our backlog. Can you provide a link to the documentation for ticket fields.Swarm? We need more information here.

    Please ignore ticket fields.Swarm.. that one is deprecated it seems.. any ETA for the remaining fields?

    This is currently in active development. Can you help with the info/documentation for organization - which gives the deleted_at field?
