Connector Improvement: Freshservice - related tickets
Not plannedProvide the "releated tickets" details, the use case for this is to be able to determine the status of the child tickets on a parent, if all child tickets are closed or if more need to be created to resolve the parent. Freshservice does not provide an easy way to report on this within the application.
This is mentioned in the api docs as follows:
| related_tickets | /api/v2/tickets/[id]?include=related_tickets Returns child ticket ids / parent ticket ids based on ticket. No ids returned for parent tickets with no children |
