Connector Improvement: oktapreview to be added alongwith okta

Currently the Okta connector requests for only sub-domain, does limiting it to connect to okta.com alone. For Dev/Test, normally teams use oktapreview.com
Can we have the change done so that fivetran checks oktapreview.com as well rather then only okta.com

Oktapreview is a dev/test env for okta. The features would be more or less same as okta.
