    Thanks for submitting this request. I couldn't locate Okendo's API documentation - can you confirm if they have a Public API? In addition, what key metrics would you be looking to gather from this platform?

    Hello Calvin

    at a high level we use the app in our Shopify stores for gathering reviews.

    Top of mind without thinking about it too in-depth,

    Our customer team would want to know demographics, and customer segments of who is and isn't leaving reviews, positive or negative review (based on number of stars), and what customers are actually stating about the products.

    We'd want to see

    Item, stars, customer, comment, date

    I'm still unable to locate Okendo's API - I've reached out to them directly about this. Once I receive an answer, I'll add Okendo to our connector backlog and update here once we are able to commit to a new connector build. All of the upvotes on this feature request will help us track demand.
