Using the model fivetran_log__credit_mar_destination_history that is generated by  fivetran_log dbt I can continuously monitor my mar consumptions via internal toolings. 

This is somewhat inaccurate though because it does not distinguish between PAID and FREE mars. In fivetran billing section, when looking into usage, there is a differentiation in the visualization between the free and paid 

If I could some how have in fivetran_log__credit_mar_destination_history model some information that will help me distinguish it it will be super helpful .
