Connector Improvement: Add Issue labels to Jira Connector

Hi y'all,

We use labels in Jira very often but I'm not able to find them in the current Jira Fivetran schema. This is a big blocker for us as we have categorized some of our work using labels and are not able to filter that work using those labels.     Hi Andi - 

    We actually already do support Labels in Jira! 

    You can query the ISSUE_MULTISELECT_HISTORY table by issue_id where the field_id = 'labels'.
