Currently we can setup a monthly spend alert, So we set this to 110% of out expected monthly usage - however if we use this within the first two weeks of the month we could go 2x over budget as the first we know about this is when the budget is already fully consumed. 

It would be very useful if the monthly spend alarms supported forecasting, or it was possible to enable daily / weekly spend alerts.
