Connector Improvement: Google Campaign Manager 360 - Configurable rollback sync window
CompletedFor the Google_campaign_manager connector a rollback sync is performed each day, but it is not (as with other connectors) yet possible to increase the length of this rollback sync. Could you please add this feature? Because of this, there is a discrepancy in the costs stemming from our fivetran campaign_manager connector and the dv360 UI.
Feature as explained by your documentation:
Rollback sync link
A rollback sync is a sync that automatically starts once a day. Rollback syncs capture the changes that happen outside of the incremental sync time frame. You can choose the length of a rollback sync using the Conversion Window Size parameter in the connector setup form. The default window size is 30 days.

Hi all,
Thanks for submitting and following up on this feature request. We added a rollback window configuration for custom reports on Google Campaign Manager 360. You can find our release notes here: https://fivetran.com/docs/connectors/applications/google-campaign-manager-360/changelog#january2026.We added this configuration as part of the custom reports feature designed to manage multiple reports on a single connection. This feature is only available on connections created after August 11, 2025. If you're using a connection created before that date and need to modify your rollback window, please create a new connection to use this feature.
Thanks,
Luke -
Hi Marie van Aalst, Calvin from the Product team here!
Thanks for this request and for providing context. Currently, the Google Campaign Manager 360 connector has a rollback sync used to fetch the last ~7 days of data, as recommended in Google's documentation (Campaign Manager 360 continues to add data within 7 days). You may be seeing discrepancies from the connector and the DV360 UI because DV360 can continue updating data for 31 days. Please let me know if you don't think this is the case.
Unfortunately, this seems to be a limitation on Google's end.

Hi Calvin,
Thanks for getting back to me and for diving into the request.
It is clear to me why the discrepancies will remain.
Thank you!

Hi @Calvin,
Can you look into this feature request again please?
Google's documentation was updated to state "Campaign Manager 360 continues to add data within 30 days" instead of 7 days initially.
Moreover, 30 days is the default conversion window (number of days after which a conversion can be attributed to a past campaign), but this setting can be increased to up to 90 days as per this official Campaign Manager 360 documentation.
Lastly, Campaign Manager 360 is used for impression, click and conversion measurement accros multiple platforms on top of Display & Video 360 (Search Ads 360, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
Thank you,

Hi all,
Luke from the Product team here. Thanks for providing all this useful context!
We will take this up as a feature improvement in the current quarter. We plan to add a field in the setup form to allow users to configure the rollback sync window. We'll set the default to 30 days, with a maximum of 90 days.
I'll keep you posted on progress via this feature request.
Cheers,
Luke -
Hi @lucas,
Do you have an ETA on this improvement? -
Hi Luke,
Following up again.
I noticed some improvements of the connector in the last few months, specifically around dimension tables and better custom reports management.
However the Rollback Sync Window is still not configurable.
What is the ETA on this feature release?
Thank you,
