Connector Improvement: Kustomer - FirstDelivered field on Message object

We are interested in the firstDelivered field on the message object. It shows details on the time and client to which a message was first delivered. It's useful for troubleshooting and analytics on how/when a message was actually received by the customer as opposed to when it was sent.

 

There's a similar feature request but that one is to add a similar field on the conversation instead of the message object.

    Hi Alex,

    Thanks for the request. This sounds like a reasonable request and we will look into it. Normally we would hope to sync analytic data like "first X" in a more normalized way, so we'll see how we can best support this use case.
