Connector Improvement: Fix slow weekly balance_transactions pending transactions refresh

Every Saturday morning, the Stripe connector goes into a "refresh pending transactions" mode that takes over 29 hours to run. I have been told that for our specific situation, the connector is reloading everything from May 1st 2022 and that is why it is so slow. This should at least be a rolling window of time before the current date rather than a permanent fixed date, to avoid the refresh becoming slower and slower over time. Please can you change the way that pending transactions are processed so that the connector only looks back a few months from the current date?

Thanks for submitting this feature request! This is definitely a point of friction when Stripe accounts have very old pending transactions.
For your particular use case can you help me understand why a transaction would stay in the pending state for so long with out getting updated? Additionally, for your use case what would be a standard look back window time frame that would allow you to get the value out of the data? You said "a few months" May 2022 is only 5 months back, so it would be good to get a sense of what would be preferable.
