Allow for the user to "Select all" Profiles while the profile list is loading.

For customers that have hundreds of profiles, this portion of the UI some times errors out or takes 3-5 minutes to fully load.

Allowing for this selection before all profiles load, would allow for the connection to the saved or tested faster.
