    Hi Tharun,

I'm updating my prior answer as we have just launched a new powerful way to build Custom connectors using Fivetran. The New Connector SDK offering allows you to use a python SDK to connect to APIs or other sources of data using regular Python libraries and coding techniques. You write the source side code, controlling which data you extract and how it will be structured in the destination then send it to Fivetran - we take care of the rest. Including managing all the infrastructure and any retries due to Network blips.

We have a public Github Repository of Examples and Templates as well as easy to follow setup instructions.

Give it a try - its never been easier to augment an existing connector or add a custom connector to Fivetran.

    Happy data pipelining,

    Alison

    Hi Tharun,

Thank you for working with Fivetran and letting us know about the sources you are looking for.

Have you explored our various work around connector options including our File and Function connectors?

We have a number of options that may help you

    Alison

    Hi Alison,

thanks for responding. I did go through your Function connectors. I want to call a REST API from FiveTran platform, so I don't see any information on it... I would really appreciate if you could guide me to the right link.

    Thank you.

    Best,

    Tharun

    Tharun,

We have a number of sample functions available for review in a Fivetran Cloud Functions GitHub repo.
    available from this Function documentation.

I hope that helps, Thank you
