Connector Improvement: Marketo - Sync Empty Fields

It would be great if the Marketo connector could sync empty fields as this would give a better reporting picture in the destination.

For example: for the Lead table, it would be nice to see the EmailInvalidCase field even if it was empty for peace of mind during data analysis.

    Thanks for this request. Unfortunately, we are unable to sync fields that we do not know exist in the source. For example, the EmailInvalidCase field is not returned from Marketo when we make an API request if all records have this field blank. In the case that a single record contains the EmailInvalidCase field, then all other records in the destination will have NULL.

    You could use the Get lead describe API call which would give you a list of all fields on the lead record. Even those that were currently blank.

    We don't have plans to support syncing empty fields but I'll continue to monitor this feature request and keep track of endpoints where this is possible.
