Connector Improvement: Mixpanel connector compatibility with 'Free' Plan Types

Currently, the FiveTran Mixpanel connector can only successfully connect when the customer's Mixpanel plan type is "Growth" or "Enterprise", not "Free".

After connecting with Support, I've learned that FiveTran requires the Formatted API Export. While it's currently gated by pricing (on Mixpanel's end), this means the capability exists.

 

 
It would be great if the connection itself can still be made regardless of plan type (perhaps historical data sync is limited to 30-90 days).

    Thanks for submitting this request. Like you mentioned, our current Mixpanel connector is engineered in a way that requires the Formatted API and implementing functionality for other data export options are not planned at this time.

    I'll put this on the backlog for now but will monitor demand via this feature request.
