Connector Improvement: Sync data from the Lightspeed retail InventoryLog endpoint

As requested in support request: 93879. The Lightspeed connector does not sync InventoryLog endpoint, this is needed to have a reliable overview of the inventory in the stores (unless there's another way to get this).

    Hi, 

    Is there any expected timeframe to be given for adding this endpoint? Without this change it's not possible to show inventory over time correctly. The item_shop_history table does not update with all types of inventory changes, making it not suitable for inventory tracking purposes. For example: vendor returns, item imports and manual adjustments are not shown. Especially the lack of vendor returns and item imports, make it impossible to calculate some basic retail metrics.

    We are unable to use the Lightspeed retail connector because of this missing feature.  Please prioritize this feature.
