Connector Improvement: Add html_body in ticket_comment (Zendesk)

Hi there,

Our team uses the html_body content to track some ticket metrics embedded in the html href links. However Fivetran does not sync the html_body field to the ticket_comment table. Can we add the html_body field to ticket_comment table? It should be a fairly easy task since it is available in the json per Zendesk api reference 

This will be very helpful for our internal team not losing the major metrics in placed when switching over the data source to Fivetran.

    Hi Amy,

    This is a reasonable request. We'll see about adding this and I'll make sure to update this thread once we do. I would expect we can fit this into an already-planned scope of work scheduled for Q3 (Aug-Oct).

    @... i just saw the html_body column already got added to the ticket_comment table. but after checking the values within the field, not all records have value populated somehow. Is this field still under testing? can u please share some update on this task?
