Connector Improvement: Extract Static Files/Forms through Pardot Connector

As of now, we are not able to get the static files/forms through Pardot connector. Could you please add this feature to extract Static files/forms through pardot connector

    Thanks for this request. I found the corresponding API endpoint for the form object in Pardot - can you confirm whether that is the correct API endpoint. Additionally, what analytical questions are you trying to answer with this data that you can't today?

    Hey Calvin, We are trying to fetch the Form Metrics Data through Fivetran and unfortunately we haven't been getting this data.

     

     

     

    Ex:  Paid_General

     

    We are looking for all the Reports data in the above list.

    Please let us know if it is possible to get Forms Metrics Report through Fivetran.

    Hey Sandeep S Kunabeva, thanks for the additional context.

    To clarify, the API endpoint I previously linked refers to the Form metadata, not metrics. The metrics you mentioned can be reconciled using the VISITOR_ACTIVITY table - you can look at the 'type' field to see what activity took place. 

    Let me know if this helps. If not, please send over the API endpoint where we can retrieve this data so that I can take a deeper look. Thanks!

    We have not been getting any Data from the VISITOR_ACTIVITY table through Pardot Connector.

    Sandeep S Kunabeva - I'm unable to access that link as it looks like it's specific to your company's Pardot account. 

    Can you provide me with an endpoint from the Pardot API docs? I'll also check with our engineering team to see if these metrics should be populating via the VISITOR_ACTIVITY table.

    I Guess we are using version 3 of the Pardot API after seeing the Pardot API Document. Apart from that i am not sure how to provide the end Point of API.

    Could you please help me with that?

    You should be able to find the endpoint in this documentation: https://developer.salesforce.com/docs/marketing/pardot/guide/overview.html. In addition, I'd recommend filing a support ticket on this issue as I suspect the metrics you are looking for are present in the VISITOR_ACTIVITY table.
