Connector Improvement: Klaviyo Global Suppression List

The current Klaviyo connector only retrieves list-specific unsubscribes/exclusions via the endpoint /api/v2/list/{list_id}/exclusions/all.
We have found that it's more common for unsubscribes/exclusions to be stored in the global endpoint /api/v1/people/exclusions.
It would be great to have this endpoint covered by the connector too.

Thanks for this request and for including the corresponding API endpoint path. This isn't something we have planned but I'll put it in the backlog for now to evaluate. I'll also be keeping tabs on the demand for this request via the amount of 'upvotes' it receives.
