The pay distributions data is documented here:

We use this information to understand and report on our overall costs and revenues as a business.

Hi Michael - Thanks so much for submitting this feature request.

Pay Distributions for ADP Work Force Now is on not currently on our roadmap however it is something that we are currently investigating a bit more. We will continue to monitor for demand for this feature. Every upvote and comment helps us justify the reason to build it.
