Currently there is no option to disable the lead table from the sync, because it is a core table. However, an option to disable syncing of the lead table is important for our continued use of the Marketo connector. We currently do not need the lead table from Marketo, since the data is already being synced to our warehouse via a MS Dynamics integration. The only data that we need from Marketo is email events, however we consistently hit exceed our Marketo API data quota, causing daily sync failures. Our business cannot justify additional spend on Marketo's (very expensive) API, only to sync and store data that we already get from another source.
