Connector Improvement: Rename Tables and Columns that are reserved words in-flight

For example, the ReCharge connector imports the "ORDER" table which is a reserved word in most databases.  It's not too hard to work around just a little frustrating.  

Additionally, it would be really helpful if Fivetran would notify us on setup that a table or column could have a reserved word as a name and offer the option to rename it before it's imported.

    Hi Charlie - thanks for submitting this request!  We don't have this planned in the near term at this time. We will continue to collect customer demand to justify the commitment to support & maintain a high-quality Fivetran connector. Every upvote on this request increases the case to build it.
