Currently the field coming into the "HOME_WORK_LOCATION_NAME" field (into the WORK_ASSIGNMENT table) is the ID of the location ("L1000") rather than the name ("Memphis, TN").
Adding a field for the real location name would be very helpful,

Thanks for submitting this feature request.
This bug should have been resolved recently with our release of adding the short_name and long_name fields to a multitude of tables. The release notes are linked here. If this is still a bug, please submit a support ticket so we can further assist you.
