There is interest in pulling engagement information from Higher Logic (member and customer engagement platform https://www.higherlogic.com/) and aggregating it for reporting in Snowflake with customer data from other systems. Examples include what people are volunteering for and if they are engaging with communities on the platform. We can see it informing several different decision processes around engagement and retention.
