Connector Improvement: Intercom Conversation Topics

Hi there,

Intercom has a feature called "conversation topics" which is available in Intercom's API v2.4, but this data is not available in our schema since it looks like the last release was using v2.0.

Do you plan to update current Intercom connector to support v2.4?

    Thanks for sharing this request! Conversation topics looks like something we will indeed need to support. I've added this to our backlog and will update this thread once I'm able to provide an ETA.

    Seconding this - a lot of the key data required for analysis is only supported from Intercom's API v2.3 onward.

    Indeed Fivetran connector needs to be updated to latest Intercom API. 
    In addition to Conversation Topics we are also missing Conversation Details (Conversation Data).
