We need queue assignments to be added to the current extract of the Kustomer data. Also, it’s crucial the datetime of the assignment to be added to the table, so we are able to calculate the first reply time.
It should be similar to “KUSTOMER"."CONVERSATION_ASSIGNED_TEAM” extract which is available in the current Fivetran setup.
If it’s not possible “Queue assignments” data to be extracted, please add the datetime of the assignment to “KUSTOMER"."CONVERSATION_ASSIGNED_TEAM” as this information is necessary to calculate correctly one of the main company KPI - “First Reply Time” to the member.
