Connector Improvement: Setup Tests run Asynchronously

When creating a new connector via the Fivetran API, we run setup_tests=True. This can sometimes take several minutes to run. We would like if the setup tests can run asynchronously.

    Hi Tori Kulbago - We have the ability to use setup_test = false and then run the setup tests separately using this end point. Would that accomplish your goal?
