We are currently using the Sailthru connector and really need the `activity.open_time` and `lifetime.lifetime_message` fields for the User table. These fields are described in the Sailthru API here: https://getstarted.sailthru.com/developers/api/user/#User_Profile_Fields_Reference

I know that `activity.view_time`, `activity.login_time`, and `lifetime.lifetime_pv` are already in the User schema per the ERD (https://fivetran.com/docs/applications/sailthru#schemainformation) so I would think these fields could be added fairly easily.
