Despite the documentation showing Twitter Ads data is available at region, city and postal code level the only location granularity that will actually be returned is country level. First of all, update the documentation to only show the tables that are available, it is currently misleading. Then can you please add more granularity for location reporting as per the Twitter developer platform utilizing location_type in the get targeting_criteria/locations request (https://developer.twitter.com/en/docs/twitter-ads-api/campaign-management/api-reference/targeting-options#get-targeting-criteria-locations)
