Connector Improvement: Backfill on specific date
A few Postgres connectors had initial missing data but later the incremental syncs were flawless. It doesn't make sense to perform a full historical sync for just a number of selected dates.
A feature to perform a historical sync from a particular start or up to a particular end date will be very useful

this could also include the option to start the sync from a specific date so that the required data can be pulled in quickly

This has been a major problem for us as some data takes days to load the full historical sync, and it's data we don't need.
