Connector Improvement: Zendesk Sell - Contact Data
Dear Fivetran Team,
for analysing the data that comes from Zendesk Sell we also want to track our out- and ingoing communication via phone and e-mail. The data for the calls is there and it's fine, but there ain't no data about the e-mail traffic availiable eventough the information can be viewed in the UI of Zendesk Sell. I've already been writing the support but got told that the feature is not there yet and I should request it. We only need information about the numbers of recived and written e-mails like it's availiable for the calls already.
Therefore I'd like to ask if it would be possible to include the mail data in the Fivetran Zendesk Sell connector.

Thanks for the request. We'd like to support email data, but I'm not sure I'm seeing any API that supports this. I will ask our engineers to investigate, but if you already have the answer please share! -
Having the exact same issue! Also needing data on the time that emails are sent.
