One of the difficulties in syncing data from views is that Oracle does not generate redo logs for views. So, since the current Oracle connector relies on LogMiner to capture changes, it is not so easy to sync these views.

However, we are currently working on a new feature called Teleport which is essentially a snapshot-based syncing mechanism. This should allow us to support views in the near future (although they are not currently supported yet). I don't have a timeline, but this is a top priority as many customers want to sync their database views using Fivetran!
