Connector Improvement: Add first response business time to kustomer connector
PlannedThe Kustomer conversation API contains a field firstresponse.businesstime that I do not believe is flowing through into our target. This field would be very helpful to aggregate for SLA metrics. Currently, we are trying to simulate this calculation within the warehouse and would rather pull directly from the source. Let me know if you have any questions about this and I would be happy to elaborate and provide more detail.

Hi Matt,
We have been looking at this data and understand it will be useful. We have decided that to support tracking of status changes with the highest level of integrity, flexibility, and normalization, we will plan to make some key tables History tables, meaning you'll be able to see precise timestamps for each field changing, not just the first response or the first-done times.
Please look forward to this improvement in the coming months! -
We also need this field and feels very odd that the ERD lists first_response_* fields as synced but not this one.
