    Hi Matt,

    We have been looking at this data and understand it will be useful. We have decided that to support tracking of status changes with the highest level of integrity, flexibility, and normalization, we will plan to make some key tables History tables, meaning you'll be able to see precise timestamps for each field changing, not just the first response or the first-done times.

    Please look forward to this improvement in the coming months!
