Connector Improvement: Fire off email notifications when syncs are not scheduled or not running
Current Behavior: When Fivetran runs into scheduler issues (e.g. syncs are not scheduled or running), we do not send an email notification.
Expected Behavior: Fire off an email notification if syncs are not scheduled. This is crucial for customers (e.g. SupportLogic and their customers) that rely on real-time data.

Thanks Kunal. We are actively working on improvements to our delay notifications to address this issue.

Hi Fivetran, emails are very infrequent still. I have a test connector setup to fail every 5 minutes. I'm expecting an email failure every 5 minutes. However, I've only received 1 email from the first initial fail.
How has this been improved?
