Connector Improvement: Extend the Uservoice model with status_updates table and internal_status_id

We need following extensions to the Uservoice data model:
- add table status_updates https://developer.uservoice.com/docs/api/v2/reference/#tag/status_updates
- update suggestions columns and include internal_status_id

Thanks for submitting this feature request. We don't have this enhancement planned at this time however we will continue to monitor for demand of this feature. Every upvote helps justify the reason to build it!
