Table name: Three new tables correlating to the three Nice Feedback Management API's:

1. Survey Metadata - structural details of your surveys (like the questions and available options).
2. Invitation Export - provides the records of who was sent a survey.
3. Feedback Export - it provides the actual survey responses and feedback records from our customers.
