Managed Data Lake - AWS S3

Additional details:

Please add support for the AWS us-gov-east-1 region as a destination bucket region for Fivetran Managed Data Lake.

We already have an existing data lake in us-gov-east-1, and using this data lake is a hard requirement for our planned deployment. The currently supported us-gov-west-1 region is not an viable alternative.
