Additional details:

• The metrics mediaCost, dv360Cost and dv360CostUsd don’t appear when searching “cost”, “media”, "dv", or “dbm”. 
• When creating a custom report, does the picker limits the metric list or depends on the account’s permissions? for example, Does specific acccess in CM360 needs to be granted for the fields to appear in the picker?
