Please update the connector to pull from the newest API, API 2.17. Alerted intercom of missing data due to the round-robin assignment option in their platform. Teams that choose this to route chats were not firing assignment events within the part_history data which is critical in understanding who was assigned during the chat. The new API has a fix for this issue. Reporting and analytics depend heavily on assignment data.
