ServiceTitan: installed equipment and job-to-equipment link

API documentation link: Please add ServiceTitan installed equipment to this connector: the Equipment Systems API installed-equipment endpoint (equipmentsystems/v2/tenant/{tenant}/installed-equipment: id, locationId, customerId, name, type, manufacturer, model, serialNumber, installedOn, active, modifiedOn). Also the link from a job to the equipment selected on it, if the API exposes it. The existing 'equipment' table is the pricebook catalog, not units installed at customer locations. We use it to show techs which unit they are servicing on each scheduled job.
