HubSpot DEAL_SPLIT stays unselectable: OAuth app is missing crm.dealsplits.read_write
Connector name: HubSpot
Table name: DEAL_SPLIT
API documentation link: https://developers.hubspot.com/docs/api-reference/latest/crm/objects/deal-splits/guide
Additional details:
DEAL_SPLIT is already in the HubSpot connector (added March 2026; ERD: https://fivetran.com/docs/connectors/applications/hubspot/connector-schema). It is not selectable.
Connection: cathedral_illumined
Destination schema: bronze_hubspot
Group: unbalance_guru
Account: Valuetainment
Schema config for deal_split:
- enabled: false
- enabled_patch_settings.allowed: false
- reason_code: OTHER
- reason: "Not available in your HubSpot subscription or re-authorization may be required"
A Super Admin re-authorization and schema refresh ran at 2026-10-26T19:22:55Z (tables_without_access_updated_at). The lock did not clear.
The portal already uses deal splits. On hip-fusion-401215.hubspot.deal, property_hs_is_deal_split is true on 12,339 live deals (12,332 two-way, 7 three-way). HubSpot's Deal Splits API requires the scope crm.dealsplits.read_write (Sales Hub Enterprise). That scope is listed in Fivetran's private-app setup guide (https://fivetran.com/docs/connectors/applications/hubspot/setup-guide/private-custom-app) and is not granted by the Fivetran public OAuth app, so re-authorization cannot enable the table.
Please add crm.dealsplits.read_write to the HubSpot OAuth app so DEAL_SPLIT can be enabled on this connection. Parent table deal is already syncing.
