Additional details:
Today tax_rate has jurisdiction and display_name, which give the location as a full name (e.g. "Texas"), so we're mapping names to state codes ourselves for our sales tax reports. Can you confirm:
1. Whether these columns can be added?
2. If you add them, will they be filled in for the tax_rate rows we already have, or only for rates created or updated after that?
3. We have three Stripe connections. Will all three get the new columns?
